Skimax Holidays Responsibilities, Terms, & Conditions Please read the following carefully.

 

Written Cancellation Policy: A cancellation made outside of 65 days will incur a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the booking costs, plus any charges levied by ground operators, hotels, airlines or lift companies. A cancellation made within 65 days before departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

Amendments: a minimum amendment fee of $55 per change to confirmed arrangements will apply. Within 65 days of departure the cancellation conditions will apply in full.

Any booking made without Lodging will incur a $50 No Accommodation fee, per person.

Earlybird specials (car hire, accommodation, lessons, activities, rental and/or lift passes) are non refundable once paid for in full.

Refunds will not be given for any unused products.

Written Deposit Policy: A deposit of at least 30% of the total package cost is payable within 10 days of confirmation of the booking. Some bookings may require a different deposit amount earlier and you will be advised at time of booking.

Deposit and final payment for airfares varies depending on the airline. Full conditions will be given at the time of booking.

Final Payment: The balance or final payment is due in full 65 days prior to departure from Australia unless otherwise stated. Some bookings may require full payment earlier and you will be advised at the time of booking. Bookings made within 65 days of departure are considered late bookings and require full payment at the time of booking.

Ensure that you carefully check all details including ages and the spelling of names. Names must be as per passport. Changes may incur fees after deposit has been paid.

Travel Insurance: Skimax recommends that all clients take out travel insurance at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment: Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include Australian GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to supplier conditions and currency fluctuations prior to full payment being received. Payment for various products and specials maybe required immediately or at earlier date than the due date stated under the payment schedule.

Other Conditions:
Lift Tickets are non-refundable if they are lost, stolen and/or damaged.
Bedding configurations cannot be guaranteed.
Apartments may incur additional charges for security deposit, cleaning and items such as linen, power or heating.
Car rental prices are based on per vehicle per day unless otherwise stated. A specific made or model is not guaranteed within the category booked. Age restrictions apply, normally 21 years with a full Australian drivers licence. One way fees may apply as well as airport pick up fees to be paid direct at time of pick up. Insurance excess is payable upon pick-up for standard rates.
For international travel you must have a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel. You must ensure that you have any required visas and re-entry permits.

Skimax can not under any circumstances be held responsible for snow conditions. No holiday can be cancelled, altered or amend on the basis of weather conditions.
