Japanese Room (South Wing)

Taizan offers both large and small traditional Japanese rooms and, as you'd expect from a ryokan-style hotel, the rooms are beautifully decorated and culturally immersive. Each features tatami flooring throughout, rice paper window block outs and wooden panelled ceilings as well as plenty of space. The rooms feature a dining space and some coffee/tea making facilities as well as in-room heating and air conditioning. All of the rooms are also equipped with a television and a safe, and the larger rooms also feature a small seating space with some armchairs beside the window. The rooms are also attached to an ensuite bathroom, and offer bedding in the form of traditional futon tatami bedding, greater for larger groups or families. Breakfast Included

Western Twin

The western rooms at Taizan are smaller than the Japanese rooms, but offer just as much comfort and peace. The room features twin single bedding and enough space for two people to comfortably relax, as well as a small amount of storage space. The room is fitted with in-room heating and air-conditioning, as well as tea/coffee making facilities and an ensuite bathroom. Each of the rooms also offers large windows and plenty of natural light, and entertainment is provided in the form of a television. There is also some extra seating space and a dining table in the western rooms, and of course, a safe. Breakfast Included
